Unlike other retail stores, you will not have to work Sundays or late evenings! We seek trustworthy and reliable employees who like to help people get what they are searching for and have great experiences doing so. Being a “people person” is a must. Sales and/or retail experience and a love for fashion are a plus but not required! We can teach you anything you need to know, you just need to bring a positive attitude! Salary will be commensurate to the candidate.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize excellent customer service skills to assist shoppers in finding products and completing purchases.
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
3. Utilize basic math skills for cash register transactions and inventory management.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Authorized to work in the U.S.
3. Pass a background check
4. English Speaking
5. Ability to count money accurately
6. Good communication skills, including phone skills
7. Ability to follow processes
8. Ability to learn new things
